Cooler Design

Global Heat Transfer's Design of the Compact Heat Exchangers program is based on Aluminum Plate and Bar Cores and MK1, MK4 and MK6 Cores as well as GHT-H,
GHT-O and GHT-L Tubes for Radiators.

Aluminum
Plate and Bar Cores
are used for Oil Coolers,
Charge Air Coolers,
Gas Coolers and Water/Glycol Coolers.
Plate and Bar Cores
are defined by the internal and external fin description as well as the fin thickness, fin density, separating wall, face and header bars.
MK1, MK4 and
MK6 Cores
are mainly used in Radiator designs.
Radiator cores as shown, consist of tubes and external fins.
